• Please accept prepayment & cancellation policy before confirming your booking

Prepayment and Cancellation Policy:

- Prepayment via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay within 24 hours of booking is required for all clients to guarantee attendance. 

- Failure to complete prepayment within 24 hours will result in automatic appointment cancellation.

- Regular clients can pay at the clinic.

- Cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment is not allowed, with the deposit non-refundable.

- A no-show for regular clinic-pay clients cancels the option to pay at the clinic, requiring prepayment for future appointments.

On-Time Attendance Policy:

- Delays deduct from the session time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

- Appointments are 30 to 45 minutes. Follow-ups are limited to 15 minutes for medication review.
